For a Bay Area Native, coming to this Burbank restaurant is lstepping into a time machine to the 2000s! Gordon Biersch beer is fantastic and the ambience is eerily enchanting. My husband and I sat at the bar and had great beer, a great salad, and excellent ribs. Although it's a block down from the busiest downtown, Burbank, restaurants, it is well worth the walk!

My bae and I came here for dinner on a Saturday night around 830pm. The place wasn't extremely pack but enough ppl there and we got seated right away. The inside is pretty cool. It's a pretty big restaurant. Very high ceiling with tables, bar section and booths. There's a outside seating area too on the side. And tvs in all angles for viewing. Of course they have a huge tank of brewery. The menu offer a decent variety. So I'm sure it can accommodate your group of their preferences. I had the chicken schnitzel sliders. It came in 3. Kinda like on Hawaiian rolls. The chicken was moist and it had shredded cabbages- It was okay. But They forgot the pickles :(. My bf had the marzen burger and ordered fries as his side. Burger is decent side but the fries portion was kinda small. He liked his burger. We didn't order any beer or alcohol. But the beverages looks good and prices looks affordable. The service was good. Overall experience is good. It's a good place to be casual. Chill nothing overwhelming.

5 stars for Alston (William), the amazing waiter we had all night! He brings a Southern charm and hospitality to Gordon Biersch that makes me want to become a regular at this place. As soon as I arrived to my table, he glided over and was able to rattle off drink suggestions depending on how I was feeling that day and also gave honest recommendations for food too. It set the tone for a wonderful meal for my friends and me. We sat in their spacious covered outdoor patio with many space heaters and since it's not too busy, it was a great place to have a conversation. For food, we shared the deviled eggs (a little too vinegary and watery for me), the calamari (nice light and peppery batter, kind of like an Outback blooming onion), brussels sprouts (wonderfully crispy with tasty croutons), bruschetta (would prefer they use large tomato slices vs the little cherry tomatoes which made it harder to eat, but still good), and the wagyu meatballs (good but a little forgettable). While my review on the food may sound a little harsh, it is ten times better than any of the food I had at the nearby Finney's Crafthouse. For drinks I got the mango rum punch which was nice and refreshing as well as the watermelon Moscow mule which was like a Jolly Rancher in a good way. Very good for groups, they even have a private room you can rent for events. Overall, a really enjoyable experience!

Checked this place out. Sat in bar, ordered beer flight and I loved how it came out with a list of what I got and where they are according to flavor with generous pours. Ordered ribs and pretzel both were good. Ran out of mustard quickly, why such little cups? Nice place with outside seating. The noise was just low enough I could hear my companion but enough to feel like you are out of the house. Would go back if I am in the area. We did think the menu was fairly basic, burgers and pizza, some elevated bar foods. Companion got the wuygu burger and while it was good for a burger it wasn't outstanding. It was juicy and the bun did fall apart.

Food: really solid, good pub food & drinks; had the Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich with crispy beer-battered chicken, jalapeno coleslaw, pickles, and cilantro lime ranch and my friend had the Grilled Wagyu Pizza; both were good; and of course you have to have the Garlic Fries (if you don't care about the garlic breath afterwards, this is a must) Service: great, timely service with the waiter coming in and checking in on us Design: interiors feels like an old converted brick warehouse building with an open, high-vaulted wood truss ceiling Overall: this is a great solid place for lunch with friends or coworkers to have a great burger and beer
